As the year draws to a close, we’re pausing to reflect on an incredible range of projects with both new and returning clients. From extended hires at schools to fashion shoots in the heart of rural Wales, as well as music festivals and corporate events, 2024 has once again highlighted our adaptability and teamwork at its best.

Here are some of the highlights.

A first for us – The Digital Accountancy Show

In the spring, we were thrilled to be part of the Digital Accountancy Show at Evolution London in Battersea Park. This major event for accountants and finance professionals saw us deploying our 20m framework to create breakout space for attendees. It was a privilege to support such an innovative and vibrant event, and we’re already looking forward to being involved again in 2025.

A harmonious summer – Marylebone Music Festival

Summer wouldn’t be complete without the Marylebone Music Festival in the stunning Manchester Square Garden. For four days in June, we transformed the space into a covered concert venue, providing a stage for talented artists to captivate audiences. As one of our long-standing partnerships, this event is always a highlight on our calendar, and 2024’s festival was no exception. The charm of the location, combined with the music and energy of the event, made for yet another unforgettable summer. We love working with the amazing team to make this event so special every year.

Creating long-term flexible space for schools

Our expertise in education spaces saw us assisting Valentines High School, where we have provided a long-term temporary building to create additional space whilst some construction work on their sports hall is ongoing. Complete with solid flooring, sides, windows, and doors, this multi-purpose space has hosted everything from assemblies and music events to open days and sports activities.

Celebrating success – Graduation at Southampton Solent University

This year we were proud to support Southampton Solent University once again by creating a celebratory space for their graduates. There’s nothing quite like the buzz of a graduation day, and we’re honoured to have played a small part in making the day special for students and their families.

The Bacchus Marathon – Running, wine, and celebration

What better way to welcome autumn than with the Bacchus Marathon? Set in the beautiful Denbies Wine Estate, this unique event blends English wine, fine food, fancy dress, live music, and just a little bit of running. 2024 saw the event grow bigger than ever, and we were delighted to once again provide the infrastructure for this unforgettable day. Supporting Denbies’ pop-up events is always a joy, and we can’t wait to return in 2025.

Fashion meets functionality in Wales

In November we took on a truly picturesque project—supporting a high-profile fashion shoot for a major international designer. Set against the dramatic backdrop of a castle and the stunning Welsh coastline, we provided two marquees (9x12m on grass) complete with flooring, lighting, heaters (a must in winter), and partitioning. These served as catering, changing and production spaces, ensuring the team stayed warm, comfortable, and efficient throughout the shoot. A stylish way to finish 2024.

Looking ahead to 2025

As we wrap up 2024, we can’t help but look ahead with excitement. Projects for schools, festivals, and big celebrations are already on the calendar, and we’re eager to see what new opportunities the new year will bring.
