Held at Evolution London, the Digital Accountancy Show is one of the fastest-growing events in the sector, and by 2025 it had outgrown the existing space at Battersea Evolution. With more visitors, more exhibitors and a packed programme of talks and networking sessions, the organisers urgently needed additional capacity.
The Challenge
The venue’s car park was the only available area to expand into, but using it required a high-quality temporary structure that could accommodate drinks receptions, presentations and breakout activity, while fitting into a very busy Central London site with tight turnaround times.
Having supported the show in 2024, we were once again asked to deliver a fast, flexible and reliable solution in 2025.
The Solution
We installed a 20m x 30m marquee, fully weighted with concrete ballast to suit the hard-standing car park surface. Despite the challenging location, the structure was completed in a single day, with an overnight de-rig scheduled to ensure the venue was clear again the following morning.

The Results
The additional structure significantly increased the event’s capacity, giving organisers more flexibility for networking, talks and receptions, ultimately supporting higher attendance and greater revenue.
By turning underused outdoor space into a fully functional event area, we helped the Digital Accountancy Show continue its year-on-year growth while maintaining the high-quality visitor experience it’s known for.
